Frequently asked questions
›Is there a minimum term or a deposit?
Neither. The contract runs month to month and renews on its own; you pay the first month when you sign and you can leave whenever you want with 7 days' notice. No deposit, and pro rata billing: you only pay for the days you use.
›Who can get into my unit?
Only you. You close it with your own padlock and we do not hold a copy. The site has CCTV around the clock and an alarm connected to a monitoring centre.
›What can't I store?
Nothing perishable, flammable, illegal or alive. Everything else is normal: furniture, boxes, tools, stock, files, bikes and clutter with a history.
›Can I drive right up to my unit?
Yes, and it is the whole point of the place: the industrial door lets you bring the car or van inside the building and unload at ground level, a couple of metres from your unit. No steps, no lifts, no hunting for a parking space.
