Student in Elche: a summer without hauling it all home
You hand back the flat on 30 June and term starts in September. Are you really going to take the mini-fridge, the bike and eight boxes to your parents' place… only to bring them back two months later? Leave them 10 minutes from the UMH and travel with your hands in your pockets.

An S unit between flatmates

Between three flatmates: around €55 each for the WHOLE summer. It takes all three sets of boxes, the living-room TV and even the bike hanging off one hand.
The solo plan

2 m² · about the size of a large wardrobe
For a sensible amount of luggage: boxes of notes, winter clothes, the monitor and the kitchen bits. Less than a weekend night out costs.
Prices include VAT, with no deposit and no minimum term — if the new flat is delayed, you effectively extend by the week: the last month is pro-rated by the day.
How it works, June to September
June: one trip and done
You load the car at the flat, drive right up to the unit door and unload under cover. One afternoon between exams and it is sorted.
July and August: forget about it
Your things sit in an alarmed site with CCTV, and if you need something — the racket, your notes — you come in with your digital key at any hour.
September: collect and off you go
New flat, same routine in reverse. And if the flat is delayed, the unit stays another month with no penalty — that is what no minimum term means.

One box per person, with the name on it
If you are sharing, each of you seals and labels your own. In September nobody argues about whose sandwich toaster it is.
A photo of the inside before you close it
Thirty seconds that are worth their weight in gold in September: you will know what is in there and where, without opening anything.
The fridge, dry and open
Defrosted, dried and with the door slightly ajar. The alternative is a biology experiment that does not count towards your grade.
