The XL of 10.5 m² costs 155 €/month and the M of 6.2 m², 110 €. Need more? Two XLs side by side add up to 21 m², but with a partition between them and two doors: it is not an open-plan unit, and nothing longer than 3.40 m crosses a single unit. And there is still no minimum term to sign.

Online shop stock
The living room stops being a warehouse. You take delivery yourself, organise it on shelving and pick orders at any hour — e-commerce does not keep office hours.
Footwear and seasonal stock
In Elche we know it well: the winter collection is in the way come August. An XL keeps the season's stock ten minutes from the workshop, without paying for a whole unit all year.
