What is the cheapest unit at Trasteros Carrús?

The XS locker of 2 m² on the upper floor costs €30 a month with VAT included. On the ground floor, where you drive right up to the door, the same locker costs €35 a month. The next step up is the S unit of 3.5 m² on the upper floor at €55 a month.

Why is the upper floor cheaper?

Units on the upper floor cost 15% less because you reach them by stairs instead of driving to the door. Same square metres, same security and the same 24/7 access: the only difference is that whatever you store has to be carriable by hand. For boxes, files or clothes it is the best value.

Is the advertised price the final price?

Yes. Published prices include VAT and there is no deposit, no sign-up fee, no separate compulsory insurance and no minimum term. On top of that, the price you sign does not go up for the first 12 months, in writing.

It is not magic and it is not a worse product: it is the model. We are in the Carrús industrial estate — industrial land, not a shop unit with a window display — the building is ours and there is no office with a salesperson to pay for: you choose your unit on the plan on this website and sign up online. That fixed saving is what you see in the rate.

What we do not cut: 24/7 access with your digital key, CCTV, an alarm connected to a monitoring centre, basic insurance included and — on the ground floor — the van right at your unit door.
